Surf Cookies are made using all natural ingredients and have no artificial preservatives. They do not contain soy or peanuts. They remain fresh at room temperature for 2-3 days and can be kept in the refrigerator until the expiration date. If stored in the freezer they thaw with a more fudgey consistency which many Surf Cookie lovers say is even more decadent!
